We were highly satisfied as the Dreams colleague Ashley went out of his way to assist us. In fact, he had his coat on and was about to leave when we approached him. Instead of handing over to a colleague and going home, he took off his coat with a smile and listened to our requirements. Allowed to look around by ourselves and then when we needed the sales person (Ashley) he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the products on offer. He wasn’t pushy or demanding in any way.
