The Dreams In Store experience was Great, Once I walked in the store, Tony the sales man quickly greeted me and even offered me a cup of coffee. We browsed the mattresses and he recommended the doze ultimate memory foam mattress which was value for money. I paid and he arranged for a suitable delivery date and time slot. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Nice clean store with friendly and helpful staff and a huge availability of beds in stock

Imran greeted us nicely when we entered the store, we was given a pillow from him to try out when we was trying out the beds in the store, we was also offered a drink. He explained things very clearly and was very patient with us.

I liked how the sales person was knowledgable but not pushy. Very friendly too.

I experienced a wide variety of products the customer service assistant Iram was professional, polite and very knowledgeable around the products and deals avalable to the customer. It was a stress free experience and I was treated with respect around the limitations of my budget. I recommend friends and family to visit this shop. A pleasent experience.
