We were given helpful advice and the time to make our decision without being pressured. The assistant was very helpful and answered all of our questions effectively and did so without influencing us; he had a very pleasant manner. He told us that he had been with Dreams for 3 weeks and referred to a colleague when he needed to which was professional and comforting. Your selection of mattresses was excellent and the environment conducive to spending time there to make a decision.

He showed me many beds, and explained clearly the benefits of all the beds. One of the best colleagues I've come across in any shop. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
