Glenn at Chingford store was really helpful. He gave us a great customer care service and was very professional. He offered tea and coffee on arrival and greeted us which made as feel very comfortable. He spend great time with us offering pillows and testing out different mattress and giving us great knowledge and advise. Spent quality time in explaining everything in detail.
