I found the experience of buying at dreams very easy and staff very well clued up on products.

From the moment we stepped in to dreams Ashle allowed us to have a look around and then stepped in to assist us to the highest level of customer service me and my partner have received from a retail store. The experience was overwhelming from start to finish. Ashle did not rush through the sale or with any product information and demonstrated many different options available. The offer of a hot beverage was also very admired even thou we refused.
