Good friendly customer service, makes a nice change.

Helpful staff offered tea or coffee. Quick and easy to pay and arrange delivery. Staff seemed to know the products and guides us in the right direction.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to understand our needs and ensure we understood the products.

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful with us and made the process very easy and enjoyable no prompting just plenty of useful information and yet gave us space to make our minds up great overall

The sales man Glen in the Chingford Dreams store is very friendly and talked with in good manner. No pressure and no persuade to us to choose anything we don't want. He helped us to find what we really want and need. We are delighted of the visiting and shopping in Chingford Dreams.

We had someone called Ashley, he was very helpful in finding our perfect bed we are looking for.

We were help by Glen who had great knowledge of the beds we were looking at. He was very helpful and patient and when it came to giving us a quote and going through the order process he was very talkative and got the order processed quickly and efficiently.

Glenn Madgin was really helpful and gave us a warm welcome to the store . He had a great knowledge of the product and was pleasiet. He offered us a drink and informened us about the promotion on pillows.

Glenn, who served us, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and different types of mattresses. We arrived not really knowing what type of bed we wanted so he took the time to show us a selection of mattresses, firm and soft and helped us narrow our choice down to our preferred choice. Store was pleasant and had a good range on offer.
