when shopping for big items like beds and furniture, it's about how You are greeted by the staff and how they make you feel, all the staff were polite but didn't pester We felt comfortable trying the beds at our own leasure the young man who assisted us was already dealing with another couple and would acknowledge us apologising for keeping us waiting, we were offord tea or coffee when I had a question I was given the information in a friendly manner. We didn't feel rushed so by the time we had found the bed we liked the young man had finished with his other clients and was ready to complete our purchase

We were offered and given cups of coffee as soon as we arrived. We weren't pestered or followed, we were left alone to try out the mattress' and sofas in peace without the annoyance of someone forcefully trying to sell to us. The salesman, Imran, was available at all times when we had a question or needed assistance, and was honest and knowledgable.

Helped by assistant Scott who gave us information about mattress choice, and then gave us time to choose. He also made us a cup a cup of tea!
