Both Debbie and Sophy were very helpful however Sophy did go above and beyond and explore all our options before we purchased

Sophy was attentive and knowledgeable. She showed us round explaining the various beds available that met our needs. She then gave us plenty of time to browse before coming back and answering any questions. It was a pleasant, unpressurised experience.

Ashley in the B101 store was an impeccable colleague, he was friendly , knowledgeable, attentive from the moment we walked into the store and he educated me massively about mattresses and left satisfied with my purchase. He was great at explaining things.

Staff were helpful and patient. Debbie was especially kind explaining different options to my Mum, allowing plenty of time to try various beds (sometimes twice)!

Amazing manager and friendly staffs as a SOPHIE. And she offers to check with machine which is match more comfortably mattress. I bought BED FRAME, MATTRESS. she gave special gift mattress protector and discounts for gravity defying pillows as well. Dreams have free delivery as well.I was really happy in Dreams. Thank you so so much indeed .

A man named Abdul assisted us on our visit for a bed and he went beyond our expectations of help. What an experienced man and a lovely personality he is an asset to your company it was a pleasure and a enjoyable change to be served by a professional man nothing was any trouble thank you to Abdul

I went to Dreams Chingford, my assistant was Ashley. I was looking for a new matress. He was very clear, knowledgable and friendly. After I tried the mattresses in store and went away to think about it. I returned the next day to buy one of the matresses. If you hadn't have been so professional I wouldve bought elsewhere.
