We were very satisfied with the two staff members who were there at the time.Both were very friendly. Scott with his new hair do was excellent and his colleague was very supportive & friendly. I have already sent one of our friends (a couple) thereto choose a bed. We have bought items before from your store many times. Thank you for friendly service and hospitality with coffee and offering sweets from a personal pack which was ideal for my sore throat and cough. I hope all staff =would be following these two models.

Courteous staff answered questions promptly and clearly

We returned after the first visit to place our order and the original salesman, Jahanger, was not in. He had been very helpful in guiding us through the various options. We were served by the Manageress, Cathy, who was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We had to return to make some alterations to the original order and were once again served by Cathy who was again very helpful and efficient at her job.

We are a newly Wed couple who were looking for a new bed and mattress. Cathy was incredibly helpful and showed us options available and really listened to what we wanted and our budget. We explained we both have bad backs and asked for recommendations for a mattress and she was incredibly understanding and helpful. We had a good experience today the whole process was easy from start to finish and we were even offered a coffee. Love that you do Saturday delivery too. Great experience and will be recommending to friends and family.
