Very helpful assistance

The guy who assisted me (Glenn) was very helpful and patient with me. I have never bought a mattress before and didn't know what I was looking for so he was very attentive and helpful in aiding me in getting my first "grown up" mattress.

This was a return visit. Cathy was very helpful the first time I went and explained about possible refund of VAT, and how to go about it. Glenn, who helped me make the purchase yesterday was very friendly and courteous and reiterated how to make the claim of VAT. The only issue is Glenn told me the delivery would be about 2 weeks but the email I have subsequently received said 6 weeks.

I was initially walking around without any assistance and noticed all of the employees were busy with customers. After browsing I approached an employee who asked Ashley to assist me. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I initially only came for 1 mattress but due to the help I received from him, the discounts and the time he spent in assisting me with a colour scheme fro my room I spent 3 times more than what I intended which was for a spare room in the loft. It was also 5.20 by the time I placed the order and the store had closed. Ashley reassured me that I was under no obligation to leave or be rushed into a purchase. I normally find in most stores at closing even if you are in the store their is an air of discomfort. However, Ashley took a considerable amount of time in helping me purchase items that would suit my needs. I am a lawyer by profession and we believe that the goodwill of our business is not in the firm but in the individuals employed by the firm. I must add that Ashley made the difference in me purchasing several items that I never intended to buy and spend 3 times over my intended limit. Ashley deserves a lot of credit and praise for his assistance.

Imran who assisted us was brilliant, provided us with just the right info to make an informed decisions. We were only intending to buy one bed but ended up buying an additional one simply because of the customer service provided by Imran. One of the best shopping experiences we have had.
