Easy layout of the store made it easy for us to found the bed we were looking and with the help of the store assistant, Glenn, we were able to get a demonstration of how the bed works (Alexander TV Bed) and was also able to place the order quickly and easily. Was offered a drink when we entered the store and was also offered a pillow when trying out the different mattresses, nice touch. Overall, great experience and knowledgeable staff on the products on offer.

Imran was very helpful and polite. He offered us drinks and took the time to walk around the store with us.

The customer service provided by the store assistant Imran exceeded our expectations. He was most polite and professional, with exceptional product knowledge. He understood our requirements and showed us 3 products which met our needs and was clearly and concisely able to explain the difference in each of the products in comparison to the other.

We liked the spacious way the beds were set out and the colour coding of the pillows and runners and the identification of whether medium, firm, etc. Saved valuable time. We usually like to have a look around before speaking to a sales person but Imran handled this very well and showed us the colour coding etc and offered us a drink. He seemed to manage to leave alone and could tell when we needed some in put. We felt he was honest and genuine. When we thought we had gone over our not very well identified budget - he suggested a very sensible alternative which we were happy with and accepted. All in all a very pleasant visit.

The level of customer service was just right. A warm welcome into the store followed by an invite of assistance when we need it. The sales person would check in with us to check we were ok, and even offered us tea or coffee. I felt comfortable that he didn't pressure us, but allowed us to browse at our leisure.

The service I received from the customer service was very great he was well spoken and his description of the product and function was on point,he was very helpful throughout the entire service .I would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase items base on the customer satisfaction well done dreams.

The staff called Asheley took his time to explain the varieties of the product. He was patient to answer all my questions. I really enjoyed the service. And I will recommend this to any person.

From the minute we walked into the store we was assisted by a young male called Jahanger who explained where everything was in the store to the types of mattress, types of bases and the sale items. As we did not have a lot of money we went to the sales area and browsed and found the base and mattress with the assistance of Jahanger. I also wanted to treat myself to a new mattress and he showed me many opti9ns which blew my mind and I promised him if I won the lottery I would be back to purchase the bed of my dreams. Jahanger was knowledgable, listened to what we wanted and explained the types of mattresses available.
