Dreams - Chingford

We were very satisfied with the service we received at Dreams. We were served by a kind gentleman called Ashley, who was put in a lot of time and effort to help us pick a bed for my daughter. He was very patient with us although we were pretty indecisive and was also very knowledgable on all the products they had in store. The store itself was very clean and pleasant. Overall, a great experience.

The shop assistant was very helpful nothing was to much trouble. We got a cup of tea has well .

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeeted with a welcome and if we needed any assistance. We explained our needs and Ashley was quick to point out the location of the type of beds we were looking for. On hand to explain the assembly options needed and also mattress options. Very happy walking away with our choice of beds for the kids and also delivery dates we received.

Imran was really helpful and really good at judging when to step back to leave us to think things through.

Served by Imran who was patient and not pushy in selling a bed. Allowed us to try mattresses with out breing rushed. Tea and coffee offered made sure we were comfortable through out the visit.

I was very happy with the service all round.....i was seen to straight away....was helped choosing the right bed and mattress for me....offered tea. And also offered free pillows with my purchase. Smiling faces all around.
