I recently refurbished our place and had empty brain. I was overwhelmed by choices and uncertain how to best utilise the space and select just the right bed. One Sunday I decided to visit our local Chingford Dreams store. I was welcomed by Imran and one of his colleagues. I came back to the house and took more measurements, but still no idea of the desired bed. Few days later I visited the shop again. It was Imran again on shift. He provided me with the answers to all of my questions. I am really grateful to Imran for his expertise and assistance and wholly satisfied with selection I made from Dreams.

The sales assistant was polite, very knowledgeable in regards to the products and my requirements. Cathy gave me impartial advice and information on the products that I viewed, plus Cathy allowed me ample time to make my choice. When the purchase procedure, Cathy explained all the information in a clear concise manner. At the end of the purchase I felt happy with the choice that I had made.

We found exactly what we were looking for. The sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and most importantly did not try the hard sell technique.

when we went into the store we were asked if we needed help but we were just looking to browse. but we were a bit confused as to the layout of the store we approached one of the sales team, Imran, and explained what we were after, he took us around and suggested various mattresses and encouraged us to try them. With his help we soon decided what we wanted and was pleased with the delivery date, the purchase was quick and easy. We was also impressed with the delivery, we were kept informed of the delivery time by the delivery team and they also took it to where we wanted. Overall we was very happy with the experience and would recommend dreams to others.

The assistant Ashley was extremely helpful and patient.

Glenn, was friendly and knowledgeable he explained the difference between the mattresses which helped me greatly with my purchase.
