Imran was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He listened to the criteria we needed and was able to advise us of the best option. He was keen to show how the products operated and the options for each product. Imran's customer service was really good from the first contact through to our purchase.

The service was quick with good knowledge of products. Although the colleague did seem a bit nervous, he wasn't pushing for a sale, just very helpful.

The sales assistant Jehangir was super helpful and approachable. He approached me as soon as I entered the store. I was looking for a particular bed frame but it wasn't in stock at the store. He however, showed me a similar item so that I had a view of the dimensions. He made me a great cup of coffee and really took the time to answer my questions. I was shown various items and encouraged to test different mattresses. I ended up buying the bed frame even though that wasn't my intention initially. He is an asset to your team! We'd like to say a huge thank you to Scott and the Mangeress of the Chingford branch. We found their knowledge of the product we purchased very helpful and ultimately helped us decide on our purchase. We were not only greeted with a smile, both Scott and the manageress also offered us a tea / coffee! We also tried out some pillows. We have to say this has been such a pleasant experience while shopping for a bed. We definitely be coming back and also will be recommending our family and friends.

We received immediate guidance and advice from Ashley. He took a great deal of time to understand my husband and my needs, which are different sleep wise. He was very professional and gave us plenty of time to test different mattresses, explained the different products and colour system for types of mattresses. We ended up choosing top range Tempur but at every point we felt that this was our choice and we didn't feel edged towards the top range. We also chose pillows, a bed topper, a duvet, and removal of our old mattress. Prices and payment options as well as delivery options were made easy to understand and the atmosphere was exactly right. If anything I would advise to rethink the uniform shirts. It's nice talking to an individual and that should be reflected in their clothing. The value of an adviser is in their expertise and that felt personal not McDonald's-rinse and repeat product. For that we could go online. We want Ashley or someone like him to help us choose.
