Dreams - Chingford

Ashley was extremely helpful! He is very knowledgeable, very patient and explained the difference between each option very clearly. Very happy with the service we received from him. We had been to several other stores and one other branch of Dreams but the difference between the mattresses and beds were not explained as thoroughly as Ashley and we had not felt comfortable spending close to £2000 on something when we did not understand why the cost was so high. Ashley talked through all the different options in mattresses and beds and explained the differences and helped us better understand the difference between the options.

Adviser helped me straight away and found what i was looking for quickely

I was met immediately on arrival by Glen at your Chingford branch E4 8QF. He has served me and my family there for years. He is highly attentive, non pushy and just generally a lovely guy. He was very patient with me, especially at the end when I nearly changed my mind, even when he had placed the order.

It was a very warm day, but Ashley who served us was very quick to get us water and keep them refilled. Even though as a couple we wanted different things from a mattress, he took the time to take us round the store recommending and explaining different mattresses.

Ashly was very helpful, when I told him what I was looking for. He even saved me money on a mattress on sale at the time of my visit. Very pleased.

Good range of products, very knowledgable and helpful staff

My main satisfaction came from the customer service which I received from the staff. I visited two other Dreams stores recently and was left unattended in both. Visiting this store - I was addressed instantly in a friendly manor from the manager and given a sales adviser straight away. The sales adviser 'Imran' was friendly, knowledgeable and addressed my needs rather than just trying to up sell like a lot of other stores. I found him a good sales adviser which has the customers needs as a priority which was great to see. I have to say that the store manager Cathy seems to know exactly how to keep a good friendly relationship amongst the staff and this spreads throughout the whole store.

The sales person who attended to me was really nice and clear. He made us feel really welcome assist us in choosing our bed and mattress. He was really unstanding, kind and patiant. He made everything so easy for us to everything that we needed. Yes will recommend dream to friends and family. His was Ashley. Thanks Ashley for great customer service.
