We came into browse and get an idea of what we wanted. We spent time with Gary at the Chingford store and he had great knowledge and insight which really helped us narrow down what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy at all and helped lead us to the right bed frame and mattress option. We left highly satisfied with the products and the service.
