Jahanger, was a brilliant sales assistant, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and lovely individual whom helped us buy a new mattress, pillows and a protector. He assisted us thru the store and was highly patient, whilst we are going on each bed to decide which one was best for us. He couldn't do enough for us during our visit and we were very satisfied withe service offered.

Customer service of Cathy was nothing short of excellent and the speed to which she took what we wanted and got us to a purchase was great for my needs

The assistant was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We even got a cup of tea. The bed was expensive but made well and comfortable for my needs. Asa disabled person he even told me about reclaiming vat.

The guys on the shop floor knew exactly what type of bed I was looking for to fit the loft conversion and lack of storage and did heir best to explain the durability of different types of mattresses as well as finding me a good deal.
