The assistant IMRAN was most helpful he listened to what we needed explained about different products let us to look different options was not pushy but there when we wanted help. This was a good experience for us as years ago (some 10 years) we had a very bad experience with the sales assistant , so it was good to see things changed and Imran mad it more pleasant for us to shop at Dreams.

Imran gave me all the information I needed and showed me all the options that fitted in with my budget. It was great to also see the cross sections of the mattresses to see the difference.

staff was helpful and friendly and explained our options Ashley with colours of headboards and styles the different matresses and chosing the drawers in the divan we wanted time to have a look around and when we were ready Ashley was there to help we would definately shop at dreams again

We were served by one individual from the outset. We visited on a Saturday afternoon. Your colleague, Jahanger, was not only helpful, but his knowledge was very informative and his way helped us to make a decision. Based on his non-pushy personality, we felt more than welcome to come back the next day to begin the transaction. He was more than a salesman: by definition, he allowed us to think. When we needed him, we utilised him. Because of the level of customer service I received, Dreams is now more than a TV advert. We will remember the personal service we received.

Helpful salesman without being overly pushy or overbearing. Knowledgeable about products available and helped us to choose the product we wanted which was the right balance of cost and quality.

The Assistant Imran, was very helpful and gave us relevant information, listening to our requirements. He was not pushy and gave us time to discuss the beds without hovering.

Excellent customer service

I explained what sort of mattress I needed e.g. pocket spring, medium or med/firm, no memory foam and was shown three in my price range. I picked one and made the order for delivery on the following Monday and was given a bag to put my old mattress in. All done, paid for and sorted within 30 minutes.
