Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us narrow down what we should look for in a new bed. He also made us aware of the pros and cons which was very helpful.

I was seen straight away. Interest in my welfare was expressed sincerely after I paused for breath after ascending the stairs up to the single beds section. I was offered water on several occasions during the visit.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. A nice worker called Scott helped me choose the right mattress for me . He was polite and had a great knowledge of all products and answered all questions I had also took time to explain all the different mattresses available.

Products are reasonably priced but still got a discount as the assistant done his best to work with our budget of £500. He gave great advice and was very patient with both me and my wife as we are very fussy!! It is not often that we give top marks for customer service but you were brilliant!

I was looked after by Cathy. As soon as I entered the store she greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me. I told her what I wanted and she immediately showed me what was available. She had knowledge about the product and was extremely patient. Absolutely brilliant customer service.
