Dreams - Chingford

looking for 3 beds tried numerous suppliers, Wayfair, Bensons, you name it , Even on line , so I popped in Dreams Chingford on the A406, A young guy called Imran served me, Very helpful and pleasent, Asked me the right questions and made it so easy to buy a bed, I chose a ottoman bed with a new mattress, this was on wenesday paid and happy to catch my flight , Came back and on Saturday morning I had two fitters phoning me up to tell me they will arrive in 30 minutes with my new bed, they were friendly and very helpful , the bed was installed in 20 minutes , Very clean job and they cleaned up the room and taking the packaging with them, excellent job . Must say a great service and Imran is a asset to the firm .

The Dreams colleague, Imran, was polite, friendly and professional. He demonstrated very good customer relationship.

We were served by Cathy and Ashley, Cathy was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and was very helpful.

The bed and matteress were high quality and the staff was very knowlegable about the products.

We were just generally happy with the help and advce, cleanliness and the fact that we weren't rushed.

Good range of products. Great to be able to visit a show room to test the products. Attentive sales staff available, who gave advice and opinions when sought, but was not pushy. He had a good sales manner.

As soon as we walked into the store we was asked if we need help, imran helped us chose the right mattresses within our price range and then get the price down ferther by speaking to the manager. Extreamly helpful and polite and friendly

Ashley was very transparent with us and very helpful he made us feel very comfortable.

The staff member who spoke to us was very friendly and helpful. The beds were also laid out nicely for us to assess.

Glenn was very informed on my first initial visit and Cathy was very helpful on the second visit. Jahanger was ok.
