Customer service was great. We were offered coffee/tea/water numerous times while in the store (we have spent there quite a lot of time) by customer advisor Johanger and store manager Cathy. We have received a very good understanding about the matress that we are taking.

Ashley was AMAZING! We came in with ideas but barely any real knowledge, but Ashley gave us the whistlestop tour on the mattresses that fit our needs and our budget, and was incredibly helpful in helping us make a great choice of mattress. We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive, but Ashley suggested some great pillows so we brought those home same day. A really positive experience from start to finish!

The assistance Glenn who assist me was fantactic he know what he was talking about I spent 2and a half hours in the shop and he was very patience with me. He and Jahanger are wonderful staff. I brought a mattress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Imran (who served us) listened and helped us to find what we were looking for. Very professional and polite in his manner. We were not rushed and given ample time to make up our mind. Excellent customer service.

I was welcomed and offered assistance by Ashley who was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. He was also mindful of my budget anD helped me make a decision by answering all my questions.

Ashley was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him throughout our struggle to decide! He was kind enough to get us water as it was very hot but was also very knowledgeable about the various products and was happy to go the extra mile to help us make the right choice. The customer service was incredible and the knowledge of the staff was exceptional. We felt very comfortable trying beds out and we didn't feel pushed at all. There was no pressure whatsoever. It was greatly helped by the fact the lady had been to the very factory where we purchased the Flaxby mattress from. Very important for us that it was made in the UK and is completely natural.
