Glenn who served us was brilliant and has sound knowledge of mattresses and availability in the market. Answered all our questions in a polite manner. Encouraged us to try different mattresses and gave us time and space to make up our mind. I appreciate his super service! We have made purchases before from Dreams and will continue to do and encourage our family and friends to do the same. We are lucky to have a very good store near us - off the A406 - opposite Costco

I was given assistance in selecting a tempur mattress. Having looked on line I arrived at the store just to try the mattresses before ordering online. I was shown a number of tempur mattresses but opted to buy in store one of the tempur hybrid mattresses. The assistant turned out to be the Store Manager. She helped me to get bedding for my new purchase and arranged for it to be delivered in less than a week. I have used this branch of Dreams several times over the years but this was by far the best service I have received.

We were served by Glen. His knowledge was excellent, he was calm, helpful and very good at guiding us through our search to find the correct product from the range of items we were looking at. He was in no way pushy and at no point did we feel pressured into buying something. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions with succinct, knowledgeable statements that were very clear, easy to understand and extremely useful when making our decision.

We were met and greeted by Glenn on entry who offered his assistance immediately, he also us a drink and enquired about the product we were interested in. He understood what we wanted, He was very knowledgeable and able to guide us to the right product. He suggested several mattresses and provided us with clean pillows as we tested the products whilst engaging us in conversation as we tested, suggested alternatives within our price range and stayed with us throughout our visit. He did not use any pressure sales techniques and we felt that he was acting in our interest throughout. Glenn provided an excellent service, was friendly and willing to listen to our needs throughout the transaction. Everything you would want from a sales staff making our experience non stressful and easy to make a purchase decision based on his knowledge and interpersonal customer skills.
