Staff were very friendly. The gentlemen that dealt with my enquiries was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.

We came to the store to find out about Adjustable beds and check out the range and the prices. Our assistant Jahanger, was excellent , he was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. I was impressed too how he paid attention to other customers also shopping in the store . He left us to try out the beds to attend quickly to the other customers , we tried out the different beds and watched the video, and he didn’t pressurise us in any way. But as always on hand to help. An ideal salesman. We were impressed with the quality and the range of adjustable beds and his attitude in particular . We have yet to decide on which bed, but Dreams will be top of our list .

I was highly satisfied as Scott the assistant was very clear in explaining everything and organising delivery. Scott was patient, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him to friends and colleagues.

The staff was very helpful. Especially Cathy, she knew exactly what mattress I was looking for, based on just the name of the mattress from a discontinued line in 2011.

Glen Deacon (Chingford branch) was brilliant. He understood our needs and sorted us out in no time at all. Glen is a credit to your company. The shop was clean, very organised, the sales staff were smart and the choice was superb. Glen took us through all our options and made sure we were happy with our purchase. This was my first visit to Dreams and I would certainly come back for any future needs. Thank you.
