Came in and was approached by a sales person within 2 minutes. Offered a beverage. Was given time to explore around the store. Finally made the purchase, after further description of our requirement, explanation of delivery, costs and return policy.

The advisor gave us all the options that were available to us and answered any questions that were had despite it being past the closing time of the store that we were in. He still took his time and assisted us all through the process which we were very thankful for.

The mattress was for my mother who is 95 years, the store attendance was very patient and gave me the time to choose the appropriate and suitable mattress for my mother, so I was impressed and happy I choose to shop at dreams for thiis very important item for her.

Loved the service from the moment we walked in we were offered a drink and in 2 mins we had teas... Very warm welcome and great assistance with our choice of sofa bed.. Highly recommended..
