I tested and lying on the mattress before ordering, given long piece of paper to lay down on for hygiene. Jahanger from Dreams Chingford gave excellent customer service and explained to me very clearly about the pocket spring memory foam mattress, he spoke about the specifications that it had more than 800 springs, the exact thickness of the memory foam layer. He explained the difference between medium and firm mattress. I was very happy with his customer service, very friendly and knowledge young man. His service made the process of ordering very easy.
