Dreams - Chingford

Ashley at the Dreams store in Chingford was professional, personable, polite and proficient. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the Tempur mattress and it's suitability for my arthritic old bones. My last two mattresses gave been purchased from Dreams and I highly recommend the company. Ashley gave me his full attention and his knowledge was comprehensive and precise. In all a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

I was greeted by an extremely friendly assistant called Ashley and was offered a cup of tea. His knowledge was very good and his patience while I chose my mattress was excellent. I did know exactly what I wanted so there was no problem in decision but overall he was very good at his job.

The sales advisor was very warm and welcoming. He asked the correct questions for my wife and myself to find the right type of product which suited us and at the budget we wanted to spend. He was not pushy to get the sale and gave us ample time to make our decision whilst offering us tea or coffee to make our experience as comfortable as possible. He was very knowledgeable in the brands and products which is an integral part when serving customers.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. The negative was I was offered a hot drink but the did not have soya milk. Also no herbal tea. The store was not disable friendly.

Assistant immediately found a mattress to meet our needs and we were in and out of the store in no time

Friendly and professional advice on the product. Also alternative products were shown to compare before we made our choice. No pressure from the assistant. When we had made our choice of the mattress, other items were offered which were discounted too.
