Pleasantly surprised by the customer serviced received. Both members of staff we spoke to (Jahanger and Navill) were very helpful and friendly. Navill in particular was very helpful in helping us chose a matress - he was on hand to answer any questions we had without being pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgable about the products.

I found the staff where really helpful in the store and had good knowledge of all the things we asked about the man in the store jahander was very pleseant

We went in, told the sales assistant how much we had to spend and our mattress requirements. Jahanger, our sales assistant showed us a range in our budget. He answered all our questions quickly and without hesitation and he never pressed us into buying it.

I was seen to immediately upon entering the store. My needs were addressed and dealt with professionally. Options were made available to me to sample and advice given which helped me make my decision.
