We found the product we were looking for and the service was friendly, professional and very cooperative.

I visited dreams and Mr Ashley's way of dealing with customers was very satisfied as he explained me all about the mattress which i required and showed me more options according to my requirements so i was able to make my mind to buy what i required.

Jahanger was very knowledge and offered both choice and range of products.

Ashley was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. He let us alone at times to get a feel for the mattresses which is important. He was on hand throughout and explained everything. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The assistant was very helpful and didn't pressurise us in any way. We left the store feeling satisfied that we had bought what we wanted for the desired price.

We were looked after by Nevil choosing a new mattress and bed. We was very friendly, understood what we wanted and showed us a range of option in different price brackets. He never was pushy or impatient and always gave us some time to discuss privately. It was very good customer service.

Ashley took his time to educate us on what we needed rather than what we thought we wanted. As new parents we cherish our sleep and although we didn’t intend to spend just over £1000, it was worth every penny as now we know what suits us as a couple. We can’t wait for the mattress the arrive. I have already recommended this store based on great customer service, Nevil also was very helpful

W was approached straight away and upon telling Ashley what we was loking for he wasted no time in finding what we wanted. We explained that our current bed was so uncomfortable and he talked us through some options. we tried out 3 beds and was very undecided but ended up going for our first choice. Nothing was too much for Ashley he was very helpful.

Great assistance and knowledge about the product. We were offered drink and we are desperate for coffee at this point so that was just perfect (despite arriving 10 min before closing time!). Great customer service.

I was met with a professional and caring approach with regards to my enquiries and also more importantly my needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made my first visit to the store very welcoming and I left satisfied and content with the entire experience. I was provided with nothing but a professional and kind service. Even when leaving I was wished a very nice evening by members of staff that I had not had the pleasure in dealing with whilst in the store.
