The staff were very friendly and relaxed. Which made it easy to converse and make decisions.

From the moment we arrived at the store, we experienced a high level of staff interaction and made to feel welcome. We were directed to the types of mattress we were seeking and the sales assistant (Glen) went out of his way to be helpful.

Glenn was an absolute joy from start to finish, we are returning customers and when he recognised us, he asked about our previous purchase and how that was going for us which was nice. My mum who was with me (the purchase was for her) felt very comfortable.

We visited the store twice once for advice and price then again to purchase, both times our salesman was helpful and knowledgable on the product we were buying and not pushing the dearest but what suited us best

Ashley who helped us was very nice and not pushy which I like, I don't want people telling me all sorts just to make a sale because I am stubborn and I would rather walk out of a place and not get what I want than feel pushed and pressured.

The store assistant was very helpful in giving advice in my purchase of a new mattress. He was able to help me in the choices of mattresses available in the price range available to me. At all times he explained the differences between the various mattresses on show.

From my initial telephone conversation I felt Neville really wanted to assist with my requirements. He recommended some great products and advised to come to the store. The service I received from both salesmen was outstanding. They listened to my needs and delivered the perfect products.

Ashley who served me on this occasion was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the items I required. He allowed me try many different mattresses to compare. He also added excellent advice on each one with the pros and cons of each type of mattress. I am looking to replace a 25 plus year mattress also bought from Dreams!!
