I was looking for a particular bed and the staff member devoted his time in order to ensure he understood my needs and showed me a range of beds that match my requirements. I was also impressed with the new technology that shows the bed options relevant for my needs.

The member of staff (Glen) was extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy and the robot bed thing was great - we wouldn’t have thought to try this if he hadn’t told us about it. We were happy with the mattresses it selected and Glen went out of his way to help us with choosing one.

We bought our current (combination pocket-spring/memory foam) King-size mattress from Dreams 13 years ago, and it has served us brilliantly, only giving us problems this year. We needed a very good replacement, since we both have chronic lower back pain and lower back problems. We wanted to try any new mattress in store rather than from one of the many new, online-only mattress companies and, given the excellent product we got last time from Dreams, we decided to come to our nearest Dreams store. We weren't disappointed: the range of products was superb, and we were very fortunate to come across an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff member, Ashley. He worked out very quickly exactly what kind of mattress we needed, and pointed us to the two best options in the store for our needs and budget, and provided us with our own pillows to repeatedly try those mattresses, advising us to try both the lying on the back and on the sides positions. From then on, it was simply a case of trying both options, until both of us agreed on our preferred option, which was the (slightly) more expensive of the two. Thank you Dreams and Ashley for helping to make this a stress-free purchase!
