Very good customer service assistant very helpful and polite helped With product and also with price very happy with sale hopefully should receive my item very soon .Also going back to my beds and mattresses very soon .

First of all, the customer service attendant was available as soon as we got there for our booked appointment at 5pm. We had 2 cups of tea/coffee made for us. We did the test for sleep match to get us the correct mattress especially me as I suffer from bad back aches so this was really helpful on helping us to choose the right mattress that would suit us. We tried the different options that were recommended from the sleep match, all the mattress seemed perfect but we chose one that was more perfect for us. The customer service was patient with us as we had a lot of questions which were answered very well to our satisfaction. We also bought a bed which the latest ottoman version, we were allowed us to explore all the different options with the beds until we choose one that was perfect for us. The cushion range is great so we bought 2 of teh tempa ones. The icing on the cake was the anti allergy range, the texture and material used on these products is just amazing and perfect for us as I have allergies to dust, certain fabric and I am asthmatic. All in all very pleased and will there soon for other stuff like the sofa bed.

A staff member helped us promptly and efficiently and gave us enough time to ourselves to consider options. He made us coffee and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy. He helped us choose the right TEMPUR mattress for us and explained the product. The overall customer service made our trip to Dreams in Chingford highly satisfactory
