Service was the best i have received in any store in a long while

Colleague put me at ease with her knowledge, she was understanding and able to provide help throughout the trip. She was polite throughout and represented the company to the best possible adherence

Attentive and friendly customer service from Sophie. She explained Covid safe procedures in an easy, friendly manner then explained about different bed and accessories when she found out we wanted a mid range bed. Knowledgable and with a lovely positive attitude.

Gary was the assistant that helped us find our 'Dream' mattress. We were highly impressed with Gary's product knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure we got the mattress which was right for us. He was very patient as we tried several mattress' several times.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Upon entering there was an extremely cheerful & pleasent young lady who greeted us and, after offering her assistance stayed with us, advising us whilst at the same time not being at all pushy. She showed us a number of matresses again, offering to leave us to give us plenty of time to try them out. We felt like she really 'knew her stuff' and was very grateful for her assistance. We would not have known where to have started otherwise. We ended up placing our order with her and, the whole time she was happy, friendly and knowledgeable. Sophy was her name.

The member of staff who helped during my visit was Gary. He was very helpful in explaining the COVID guidelines followed in the store and was patient during the visit as I was unsure of the bed that I liked best. He was very informative about the products that I was interested in and although the system was down and caused a delay on the ordering process he was very good at doing his best to get it up and running again as soon as possible.
