Dreams - Chingford

I went to the stores having done my own research and friendly helpful advise to buy mattress and to choose pillows. on reflection i did not really need the extra bed cover service plan since the hypnos has its own 10 year cover and would have preferred less of a hard(ish) sell on this - if I had time to really consider the benefits (lack thereof) I would not have purchased. Otherwise very satisfied

Customer services was excellent and get the product which we need and satisfied too.

When i entered the store Ashley the assistant asked if i needed any help, i told him what i was looking for and the price range. He was very helpful and showed me my options, which made the experience easy and stress free. The reason i came to Dreams is that my mum bought a bed from that store about 6 months ago and was also helped by Ashley.

The assistant in the shop was very helpful, listening to what I needed and the decisions I needed to make and showing me different options. He was also very friendly and efficient.

Went in with knowing roughly what we wanted and Ashley the store an helped us see what we wanted to see

We were allowed a leisurely viewing of the products which allowed us to come to an informed opinion on which mattress would most suit us. There was no rush or pressure from the staff.
