We were assisted by Ashley who was extremely helpful! Greeted us with a smile, offered us drinks, and went through the full extensive range of mattresses. He wasn’t too pushy and understood why we wanted to leave and come back. Upon return we decided right away as his knowledge on the different plans was incredible. Thank you Ashley!!

The service was great (Paula Burke) her knowledge was very good, she made the experience and in the end was why we purchased the bed (we were only looking)!

From the moment I came in the store I was greeted by staff and offered assistance. I had a product in mind but didn't have a lot of information about the produce. I was given advice and information about the product by Ashley so I could make a good decision about my purchase. I was offered tea and coffee and shown various products. I left the store feeling very happy and felt that I was a valued customer.

We were greeted by Ashley from the Chingford branch and offered a hot drink. He was very knowledgeable and really support and listened to our requirements. He made some great suggestions based on the new sleep bed accessor of which mattress could be best for. He did not rush us nor make us feel we pressured. He gave us time and space to discuss between us and come back to check in periodically. Great honest service.

The manager at the Edmonton store was extremely helpful and patient as my son took some time deciding which mattress to buy. She gave good, sound advice. I would highly recommend her.

Ashley served us and was extremely helpful. We used the sleep match facility and he took us to three different mattress options,all of which would have suited us. He then explained the differences, and also highlighted a good deal that was available that day. He offered us drinks too.
