Sales lady who served us Paula was excellent. Her professionalism and knowledge was A1. She was friendly polite and had a total commitment to getting the best deal for the customer! Customer service skills and attention to detail were amazing. Absolute pleasure to have been served by Paula. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Staff Ashley, was very polite, very helpful and he was very patient with my decisions.

The store was nice, clean and welcoming. Ashley greeted me and my wife with a smile, offered us a drink and assisted us with what were were looking for. We experienced the sleep match, which i never did before, and Ashley explained every step of the way what was going on. He is very good in his field. it is all down to the members of staff regarding someones experience and Ashley certainly made me and my wife feel very valued. Im sure that without his assistance we would have chosen the wrong bed, mattress and pillows. Thank you Ashley

Quick easy and got what we wanted

I went to the Chingford store and I had a budget but what I wanted was well over the budget I had. I wanted a particular mattress which was expensive. Ashley thought he had an ex-display mattress upstairs which was half price. Ashley went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted and it actually came under budget. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The salesman Jahanger was very knowledgable and very professional. He spent time to explain things to me, different types of mattresses to choose and beds as well. He was very honest and very friendly. He offered me tea or coffee although it was politely declined. After deciding to go ahead and place the order, he explained various options to me regarding the payment. He was actually very good
