Friendly staff (offered tea/coffee), knowledgeable- recommended using sleepmatch system to find ideal mattress, polite.

I was greeted upon entry by dreams employee Wayne Martin who I have dealt with on my previous visit to buy a mattress for my mother. He was friendly, offered us a drink and helped us look for the bed and mattress which suited us best. He even offered us a range of pillows when we did try the mattresses for firmness. He did offer us to use the sleep match machine but I prefer human interaction so declined to use it. An absolute credit to the company and I hope he is still working there the next time I or anyone I know need a bed/mattress!

We though Ashley was superb, he answered all of our questions, was patient with us and not pushy at all in any way. My kind of salespearson!

Jahanger was so polite and knowledgeable which is in contrast to my visit to a bed store in Enfield Town 30 minutes prior. He took time to explain the differences in the mattress and demonstrated the ottoman beds to allow me to find the one I had seen on line. Just a pleasant experience.

Wayne Martin made our experience really smooth and excellent. His greeting was very friendly, he offered us drinks immediately, he gave us amazing pillows to walk round with to try the mattresses and he put us on the unique sleep match system before we even started looking at suitable products. He did not pressurise us in any way, and he recommended the correct mattress for us, not the most expensive one.

The salesman Jahanger gave us the time we needed to decide on our purchase. He helped us when we asked for it but also gave us the space to discuss things amongst ourselves. He was patient and knowledgable and at no point did we feel pressured in to making a purchase.
