The member of staff that helped me from the moment I stepped in to the store till I stepped out of the store was was super helpful and super knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. Also he was super efficient on dealing with the payment process, but he also helped look after my triplets whilst we dealt with payment process. I've never been impressed like that before at any shop or company before. He is one the best sales man I've come across.

Upon our visit we were greeted by Ashley and he offered us drinks. He asked us our requirements and took us through a wide range of King Size mattresses. Ashley explained to us the different between mattresses and made us feel comfortable enough to lie down and test each on multiple times before we could short list a few. Upon choosing he helped us with prompt billing process and explain the free delivery and exchange options. The service provided by him was excellent and we would certainly return back and recommend Dreams to our friends, colleague and extended family in the UK.

The service at Dreams Chingford was excellent. I would like to say a Big Thank You to Wayne Martin, He was very helpful and understood our needs. He had great knowledge of the mattress and the beds and was able to recommend the best mattresses for the beds that we chose.

I entered ans was immediately approached by sales assistant Ashley who was polite and very informative. I browsed for a while and finally decided on my purchase and Ashley accommodated me throughout the process with all the necessary information I required.

The assistant was extremely helpful during my visit to the store. I wanted to purchase a mattress but was unsure of what I wanted. The assistant was able to show me a variety of mattresses which I was encouraged to try out and the specifications were explained. He was friendly and polite and I left the store highly satisfied and with a mattress I was happy with.

i have filled one in for you but the gentleman that attended to us was Wayne martin he is the type of person you should have to train all your staff through out your company the way we where treated on entering your store was great he showed us around all the items that we where looking for during our walk around offered us tea/coffee/ cold drink to my wife and myself that is what we call respect to your customers no way we could fault the service that we received thank you and keep up the good work in your company regards david ashby

We were met with a drink by the salesman. Experienced the sleep match bed which pointed in the direction of the most suitable bed which made choosing easier. He spent a lot of time explaining each type of bed and was very knowledgeable answering all our questions.

The name of the person who looked after me was - Ashley. He did a great job. He made sure i was given the proper information needed. I didnt feel pressured into buying anything, he allowed me to feel 100% confident with the choice i was making. I didnt realise how hard bed shopping is. But i can conclusively say without a doubt, that having Ashley there was a massive help. His knowledge was top notch. All round very very pleased with the time i spent there. Cant wait to get it !!
