The salesperson first introduced himself offered his assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he spent a goid amount of time showing me all the options. He was very knowledgeable about all the products including being able to fully explain differences in various mattresses so helping me to eliminate the ones that were not suitable for my needs. Even when I said I was going to check out competitors prices he kindly gave details of the items I was interested and his contact details. Excellent customer service

I visited Dreams the previous week to get an idea of the current market for beds and mattresses. I was approached by a salesperson, Wayne Martin, who was very helpful, informative and patient. I was not ready to purchase on that day as I wanted to research further. I did find other beds and mattresses, that were less expensive, but I decided to return to Dream to purchase as the salesperson has impressed me.

Hanger who served me was very friendly informative without putting any pressure on me to buy he made me feel very at ease gave me good information about the bed I required and was always in the background without being overbearing.Very good salsmanship
