Dreams - Chingford

We were looked after by Louis who made the trying out of mattresses and beds fun and also his knowledge of which mattress might suit our budget and our individual needs was very good. We didn't feel rushed into the decision, very important when choosing something one will spend so many hours in. We did not feel pressurised to buy the second mattress at this stage, but will return to purchase the second mattress

The assistant at Dreams who dealt with us was brilliant! She took into account our requirements and our budget and delivered with the perfect mattress at the right price. She was friendly, helpful and really made us feel important both as customers and people needing a mattress! Listening and responding to our needs gave us a real personal service and meant we were out of there really quickly. A very efficient service. Thank you!

Jahanger helped us with all our questions and took time to understand what we wanted. He was really helpful and very patient as we tried all the mattresses and pillows using his knowledge to guide us. He had a great attitude, we had visited competing bed shops but the salesmen were pushy and made us feel uncomfortable.

I was served by Paula who spent time helping me to use the sleep mattress machine. She then took me around the store to try the recommended mattresses and answering my questions. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When I found the mattresses recommended were outside my price range Paula referred me tot he clearance range and was able to find one that matched one of the recommended mattresses and I was then able to buy a mattress at a considerable discount but within budget. All in all a success and pleasurable experience. There is a great team there and I would definitely recommend the store in future to family and friends.

Louis was a great salesman understood our budget and explained what he could offer and the differences in prices of the mattress. Gave us plenty time to try out the mattresses of offer. He was not pushy at all and super friendly made us comfortable throughout our time in the store

The member of staff that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Also another member of staff made us a cup of tea and coffee during our visit which was most appreciated. Overall a good visit to the store.

Wayne Martin the dreams representative was very welcoming, greet us professionally and offered us a drink. Showed us the sleepmatch machine and offered me a pillow which I fell in love with and haven’t stopped thinking about, so will probably have to go back and purchase. I ended up buying a single mattress for my son, spending more than anticipated, but happy with the deal on offer and quality of produce. Wayne was not pushy at all, really relaxed and helpful offering lots of products and very good product knowledge
