Dreams - Chingford

Very happy to be able to roam the store with my toddler daughter to try out and choose the mattress we wanted. Very clean and well laid out store. Colleague was sitting at a desk so not a high pressure sale. Offered a cup of tea which was nice. To improve even more and attract families, suggest little ones are offered carton of juice and colouring book/crayons. Cheap solution but would have encouraged me to stay a little longer and purchase more - because my toddler daughter was restless I had to complete the purchase quickly.

Ashley greeted us shortly after we arrived and offered us a drink. Then he showed us the latest technology where your bodies sleep positions, shape and comfort is assessed to generate mattresses that might appeal to us. The service was great. We felt like Ashley had the time to spend on us and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent the time taking us round to each mattress and letting us try it out and talking us through the specifications of each one helping us quickly realise what we both liked comfort wise. We would defintley return to Chinford Dreams

The whole experience was great The salesperson Jahanger had great knowledge about the beds he walked around the show room with me and was very patient (while I kept changing my mind) So much choice I hope the delivery and when they assemble my bed it goes just as smoothly Very happy customer

Both my Wife and I were delighted with the service we received from Ashley at your chingford store. He was most knowledgeable about the mattresses we were interested in and gave us plenty time to decide which one we liked. I would give him a score of 10/10 . We will visit the store in future .
