Ashley greeted us,offered a drink and gave us a general overview of the store He gave us time to look round alone and very helpful provided pillows so we could test the beds properly Once we had found the beds we liked he explained the difference answered our questions He check delivery availability and left us to make the final decision of which bed to order

The Sales advisor Ashley was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went through various options of mattress to find the perfect mattress for us. We were very impressed by using the Dreams Match mattress finder, it came up with perfect options to consider. Overall 10/10 experience.

Excellent customer care . The sales staff was knowledgeable and very supportive in making our decision towards buying our bed frame. Also the staff was friendly and demonstrated the item very thoroughly so we understood everything inside and out. Highly recommend dreams for their quality of the products and great buying experience

Ashley from the Dreams store in Chingford was absolutely a credit to your company. He was friendly, helpful, made us a drink, asked us to try out the sleep match to find the matching mattress’ by using our weight and sleep positions (very interesting and useful idea!) and was overall the best salesperson I’ve ever met! He also managed to find the perfect pillow for us, which we have bought a few of now. Amazing service! When is this guy getting promoted to senior management?! Ashley made the daunting process of buying a mattress and pillows a complete DREAM! Can’t thank him enough! 5 stars in fact 100 stars if that’s available. Thank you!
