Ashley was very helpful and friendly when we visited the Chingford Dreams branch. The weather was miserable and he promptly offered us tea and coffee. He helped us use the system to find our preferred fit and showed us round the different options that fit what would suit us best. When we mentioned we were on a budget (baby on the way) he helped us get a quality mattress that was on clearance, while letting us know what conditions came with it. He even threw in a few additional bits to help us with cost savings.

I don’t leave reviews because I am lazy!! However, I felt compelled as Ashley was absolutely fantastic!! Thank you for the great experience!! It’s hard too find good customer service, and we found it here!!!

Right from the start I was taken to the bed I was looking for (having seen on your website the one I wanted). Your colleague in the store was very helpful and showed me the mattress simulator which I tried out thus discovering that the mattress that came with the bed as a set would be fine for me.
