The promptness of service and willingness to help and provide a great deal by Jahanger was really exceptional. The quality of products and ability to offer good quality clearance items was also of value as we felt comfortable telling Jahanger our budget and he was able to stick to it whilst trying his best to provide what we liked. He acknowledged what we were interested in and as the store didn't have the product stock he tried to offer an alternative that was in stock but we then had to order online as we preferred the other product which was not his fault at all

I’m 100% satisfied with the service I received from dreams when I parched my bed frame. The sales person was very helpful. I would recommend to my friends and family at anytime. However I wasn’t very happy when I found out for Saturday delivery there’s a charge of £10. I really wanted my bed frame to be delivered on Saturday as I work Monday to Friday. I had to arrange for a friend to be there for the delivery.

Went there for a bed, got a bed! No fuss or hassle!

I visited the store just before closing and Jahanger was positive, helpful and keen to help immediately. He knew exactly which product I'd seen previously online and took me straight to it

The colleague who helped us was extremely helpful and patient while we tried and retried beds. He explained everything thoroughly to us.

We have used this store before so returned for our next bed. Scott was very helpful but not at all pushy. He knew all the products and made the whole process very easy

Friendly knowledgeable service

We walked into the store not knowing what we wanted and probably would have just walked out had Wayne not followed up with us. He directed us to the machine which worked out the best mattresses for us. After fetching us a pillow each, we went through the mattresses and finally settled on one we both loved. Excellent service and brilliant product knowledge really put us at ease.

Our Sales assistant Jahanger was very patient and dealt with our enquiry satisfactorily. He gave us good advise on our different options and made us very welcome.

The sales person Jahanger was really friendly and happy to show us all the different products we wanted to see and waited patiently while we decided what we wanted. He went out of his way to insure we were aware of the different types of products Dreams had and helped us deceide what was best for us.
