The sleep match equipment was incredible! Ashley was so friendly, he even made us a cup of tea while we were having a 3D body scan! He gave us so much kindness and patience, even with all my questions (as this has been my first time of ordering a mattress as an adult). Thanks to Ashley, my partner and I were highly satisfied when leaving the store.

No hard sell just given lots of info . Wayne was friendly, informative and not pushy.

I went not expecting to find something in my price range available right then. Ashley helped me straight away (even though it was the end of the day!) and got out a few mattresses for me to look at then added in some pillows! Best customer service ever. He also put it in my car for me :)
