Ashley was very knowledgeable compared to other dream branches we have visited and helped us to make the right decision.

i was highly satisfied as i have never spent such a large amount on a bed before, the assistant was amazing at helping find the right bed and the right mattress for a good price and also informing me of the option of buying the mattress from clearance which saved me money. the assistant was patient and made me and my dad coffee. had he not been such a great help and support i would probably have purchased a cheaper bed from wowcher.

I rang prior to coming to the store to ensure the Item I wanted was in stock. The member of staff was extremely helpful in checking and advising of alternatives.

Very good service, assistant spent alot of time helping me find the right bed for the budget I had and was very helpful.

My Daughter went to Dreams Newcastle to get a sleepsmart assessment done, which was obviously informative. I felt this was an essential thing to do when choosing a mattress. We then phoned into to actually place our order and the staff member was informative and pleasant. The first choice mattress we wanted, was not available for some weeks, although we have chosen what seems like a good quality product. The delivery service was timely and were able to give a 2 hour slot and phoned 30 mins for expected arrival.

As i do not like shopping i was glad someone greeted me as i came through the door and assisted me throughout the entire process.
