The service was very quick and I was attended to immediately. I was offered coffee etc which was a nice touch. The sales assistant was knowledgeable regarding the bed I purchased and wasn't pushy at all. He let me take my time to decide what I wanted.

The service was excellent in fact Wayne has served us previously and we are very happy with his service

Had to buy an Ottoman style bed for a bedroom with not much room. I was so very very pleased with the level of service we had especially on boxing day itself. We were welcomed into the store my mum was advised on what would be the best possible mattresse using there new 1 million pound machine which scientifically suggest the best mattress for her needs. This data was then explained to us thoroughly from the member of staff Ashley (Chingford branch). We then went through all the bed options which come in ottoman style. We eventually narrowed it down to getting an side lift ottoman bed which would be best suited to our room. Ashley was very thorough and knowledgable and provided excellent service. So pleased we actually decided to go into the store and not buy online. It makes a huge difference especially when buying a mattress and bed.

The Assistant was was patient, present and very helpful. Do not have his name to hand, but he was the only tall, dark-skinned Asian male - name begins with J, I believe.

Sales person was very understanding of our needs and advised accordingly without being pushy. Altogether very satisfying visit and will return.

Wayne was extremely helpful during the whole process and gave us all the information on products before purchasing An excellent service from Wayne.

Ashley who served me was very competent. He was very knowledgeable in the products that I required and was very helpful answering my questions and offering advice. He was very patient and approachable.

Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable about beds and very helpful in finding the right mattress for us, he made our job easier in finding the right one for us, great work.

The store assistant was very helpful and described the items to me very well as I am visually impaired (blind). I really enjoyed my shopping experience in the store and was very pleased with my purchase. I also was offered tea/coffee and used the toilet facility as I travelled a bit to get to the store with my carer. The colleague who servved me Ashley was kind and caring taking my needs into account and provided me an excellent customer experience.
