I had to actually go to a store because the on line system would not let me purchase on line as my visa card is at my present address but I wanted the item to go to the address I will be moving to. Also a big annoyance of mine is your system forces me to have a title on my name, my legal name has no title. Forcing me to have one of these titles inflicted on me is sexist as are these titles. Historically these female designated titles is highly offensive. Frances Mott

VERY CLEAR AND UNDERSTANDABLE EXPERT ADVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.

Even though I had an idea of the mattress range I was looking for we underwent the diagnostic services offered which was very helpful and I was happy to see that two of the mattresses I was interested in were on the list. Being very lucky we managed to find the a better mattress in the range in the clearance section. Billy helped wonderfully in our choice of mattress, lots of patience and then he together with Scott, finalised our sale. We also managed to buy lots of new pillows, mattress protector and duvet! Billy and Scott were absolutely great, cheerful and extremely helpful.
