I was very satisfied with my visit to dreams. A person called Scott took my over and was very knowledgeable with my order and knew exactly what I was looking for and will highly recommend.

we were able to find a good mattress within my price range.We were told about the details of the material and techniques used for making the mattress.My husband has backache and he was indecisive about the type of mattress that will help him have a good sleep but assistance at dreams make it easy for him to make a good choice.

The assistant took his time and was helpful, I didn't feel pressured he answered any questions politely and was offered tea/coffee.

A sales person by the name of Ashley, was very, very helpful. He was patience. Friendly. Took the time to explained about all mattresses that I tried. He provided really good customer service.

Hope you are paying your staff very well. This is my first time coming to the store. The staff was very pleasant and very supportive. Well done.

Waynes customer service was beyond what I was expecting. Miles ahead of any other store I have been to recently.
