Ashley from Chingford Dreams was very helpfull. He help us to chose a mattress, pillow and duvet.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service from Jahanger on what dreams offered me as I have back problems and he help me on what the dreams bed could offer me.

I came in looking for that will cater for my need as I have server back problems and Jahanger the assistance came from when I had entered the the store to help and advise what dream could offer me. Which was well appreciated as he had show me around the store and had let me test out the beds that was suitable for me, he put me 1st on the computer bed testing .

During our first visit, we were served by Wayne who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we were looking into beds and mattresses suitable for myself and my partner - unfortunately as we had come for a sofa bed we didn't have the appropriate funds for both (despite looking for both) but are definitely looking to return to the store at a later date, hopefully with Wayne's help we can find something. Ashley was also helpful with choosing the best sofa bed.

Great customer service by the staff

From start to finish the information taken was minimal hence allowing us to follow the colour coded showroom. When we had questions the sales colleague was readily available to answer all questions without pushing any product on us. Once we made our initial selection the sales colleague really helped to guide down to final choice. Well I formed and not pushy at all.
