Sophie went the extra mile trying to find a matress we bought two years ago from a different store by calling them and really trying to find that out. We were on the hunt for a bed and matress on superking size on this occasion and she helped us find it within 30 minutes! She also held the perfect balance between friendliness without becoming intrusive. 10 out of 10 service. Thanks Sophie!

Was met and greeted upon entering the Chingford Store by a lovely young lady called Sophy. She requested that we sanitised our hands before going any further, so was acutely aware of current covid guidelines. She was polite and courteous and asked us regarding our needs, offered us some water, then pointed us in the right direction within store. We thought that Sophy struck the right balance between being assistive but without putting pressure on or being overpowering regarding Sales. She even had a nice sense of humour and demeanor about her !

Sophy was very helpful and very friendly she spent time with me making sure I was completely happy with my new mattress and pillows I tried quite a few out before deciding and she wasn’t rushing me or trying to be to salesy she was just nice helpful and understanding of my needs it was because of sophy why I ended up buying

We were served by Sophie who made us feel welcome with her bubbly personality. She was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction narrowing the choice down to 5 suitable beds. We made our choice which was right for our back problem and the sale progressed smoothly.
